Content Question # 4 - Imagine you are a special advisor to President Obama. He is trying to decide how the United States should respond to Vladimir Putin and Russia's occupation of the Ukrainian territory of Crimea. He wants you to draw on your knowledge of Cold War and Post-Cold War history to draft a short (one-page) briefing paper that outlines the important points to consider when confronting Russia and to suggest one policy option for the United States. Important point - when citing history, you need to clearly tie that history to the current situation.
