The class will have a test on the Modern Asia unit at the end of this week (Thursday or Friday - depending on the class). Listed below are the four questions that could be on the test. The test will have two of these questions and you will have to answer both of them.
# 1 - Was World War Two a single conflict that was fought in
both Asia and Europe or was it really two different conflicts that just
happened to occur at the same time?
# 2 - How have events and ideas in other parts of the world
affected the development of China and India over the course of the twentieth
century?
# 3 - How is the Japanese model of "authoritarian
development" different from Western liberal capitalism and how has this
model affected the rest of Asia?
